  • Ordering Process:

    1. Select options on the product page and click Add to Cart.

    2. Click the cart icon at the top of the page to review, change quantities, or Remove items.

    3. Click Checkout (Standard or PayPal).

    4. Input Email, Name, and Shipping Address (and Billing Address if different).

    5. Enter promo codes in the Discount field and click Apply.

    6. Select shipping/payment methods and click Complete Order.

  • Order Discrepancies (Wrong/Missing Items): Contact info@glueassociates.hk immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue (under 1MB). Verified errors will be corrected and reshipped at no extra cost.

  • Order Confirmation: A success screen will display upon checkout, and a confirmation email will be sent automatically. Check spam folders if not received.

  • Cancellations & Modifications: Permitted until 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day of purchase. Afterwards, orders cannot be altered as processing begins. Email requests to: service@triimly.com

  • Supported Browsers: Latest versions of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge.

  • Payment & Security:

    • Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.

    • PayPal: Redirects to PayPal login for authorization, then returns to our site.

    • Security: All transactions and credit card details are processed via advanced, industry-standard encryption protocols.

  • Returns: Review our Return Policy page for guidelines. Contact service@triimly.com prior to shipping any items back to receive mandatory return instructions.

  • Privacy Policy: Customer data is strictly confidential. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties except for order fulfillment, core services, or legal compliance.
