Processing & Fulfillment

  • Timeline: Orders are prepared and shipped within 5 business days of payment.

  • Schedule: Operational days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Weekend orders process the next business day.

  • Origins: Items dispatch from regional distribution hubs or directly from production facilities in the US, Canada, or Australia based on stock availability.

Delivery & International Shipping

  • Destinations: Worldwide shipping available. Unserviceable regions will be notified immediately for order adjustments.

  • Transit Time: Typically 10–20 business days post-dispatch.

  • Delays: Potential extensions may occur due to customs clearance, carrier issues, or severe weather.

  • Rate: Flat international rate of $2.99 USD applied to all global destinations.

Tracking & Address Changes

  • Tracking: A confirmation email with an international tracking number is issued upon dispatch. Monitor via standard global postal portals or contact service@triimly.com for support.

  • Address Divergence: Shipping addresses may differ from payment billing addresses.

  • Cutoff for Modifications: Address update requests must be submitted by 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the purchase date. Changes post-cutoff are subject to fulfillment status and are not guaranteed.
