RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations

  • Eligibility: Allowed only before shipping or production begins.

  • Refund: Approved cancellations receive a 100% refund to the original payment method.

  • Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Returns Policy

  • Timeframe: Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery receipt.

  • Condition Criteria: * Item must be unused and unaltered.

    • Original packaging must be fully intact.

    • Proof of purchase/order number is mandatory.

  • Fees: Zero ($0) restocking fees. Maximum of one shipping fee charged in total per transaction.

  • Requirement: Contact customer support prior to shipping items back to obtain mandatory return paperwork.

Refund Logistics

  • Process: Returned goods are received and inspected; confirmation email is sent upon processing.

  • Approval: Approved refunds return to the original payment method within several business days.

  • Missing Refunds Checklist:

    1. Check bank account records.

    2. Contact credit card provider (processing delays may apply).

    3. Contact bank regarding standard posting timelines.

    4. Email service@triimly.com if unresolved.

Shipping Fees & Address

  • Customer Cost: Applies to returns based on personal preference or mind changes.

  • Brand Cost: Applies to damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by our warehouse.

  • Return Address: Provided directly by support staff upon formal return authorization.
